In this picture i used loads of contrast just to show every detail off such as the wall and the window behind to match a similar colour to his jacket so they all stand out next to each other. I think this picture worked well as the police officer stands but not as so you cant see anything else, just the fact he is lighter than the background which draws your eyes to him.
